What changes in the 2025 Mazda CX-5 for the UK and Europe?

The European version of the 2025 CX-5 has been completely redesigned, featuring revised proportions for improved cabin space and cargo capacity. Dimensions: Length 4,690 mm | Width 1,860 mm | Height 1,695 mm

It introduces a new front grille, streamlined LED headlights, and aerodynamic improvements. Cargo space increases by 61 litres, and the new 40:20:40 rear seat split provides greater flexibility.

The confirmed engine for the UK and Europe is a 2.5-litre e-Skyactiv G petrol engine with 48V mild-hybrid support. Fuel efficiency reaches up to 38 mpg for FWD models, while CO₂ emissions range between 159-169 g/km, depending on trim and drivetrain.

The new CX-5 features a 12.9-inch or optional 15.6-inch infotainment touchscreen with Google built-in, including Google Maps, Assistant, and Play Store. A 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster is standard across the lineup.

Top trims also offer:
